Which problem are you trying to solve?
Write down a specific task before opening a product demo: finding a manual for a confirmed model, getting support on a difficult call, collecting equipment records or producing a commissioning report. Ask the vendor to show that task from start to finish with representative equipment.
These products illustrate different starting points. This is a category guide, not a ranking or a claim that one product replaces another.
Bluon

A residential HVAC commissioning platform. Investigate its measurement and reporting workflow when the job calls for connected instruments and documented performance.

- Equipment match. Enter a full model number, including its suffix. Can you see which equipment and document the answer applies to?
- Source access. Open the cited manual or bulletin. Check that the supporting passage actually answers the question.
- Missing information. Leave out a necessary observation. Does the tool ask for it, or fill the gap with a guess?
- Review and export. Correct an inaccurate transcript. Can a lead see the final note and can you take the record with you?
- Field conditions. Ask what works with weak connectivity, which instruments are supported and which functions need a paid plan.
- Customer data. Confirm access controls, retention, deletion and any use of your records for model training before uploading real customer information.
Run a small, reviewable pilot
Choose a handful of representative jobs and have a lead review every output. Compare the result with the original observations and the applicable documentation. Log unsupported claims as errors even if the writing sounds professional.
Keep the pilot narrow enough to tell what improved. An app that writes a cleaner summary has not necessarily improved diagnosis. An equipment lookup has not necessarily validated a measurement.
Where DiagnosAir fits
DiagnosAir is in development. Our planned focus is a field companion that connects a confirmed equipment identity, technician observations, supporting information and a clear handoff. The homepage shows an illustrative workflow; it is not a live diagnostic service.
