Give every call a useful starting point
The planned workspace brings the equipment identity, reported symptom, observations, readings and supporting documents into one case. It is intended to support technicians and leads during service work.
We are starting with selected Trane and Daikin equipment families. Broad brand coverage, dispatch integrations and production-ready team features are not available today.
Try one workflow before changing the shop
For a pilot, choose one narrow task: documenting a call for a lead’s review, for example. Agree on the required fields, use the same review checklist and note where a technician has to correct the AI.
- Can another technician identify the equipment from the record?
- Are reported symptoms separate from measured findings?
- Can the reviewer open the supporting document?
- Does the handoff state what remains unresolved?
Measure the work, not the demo
Record how long it takes to locate applicable information and prepare a reviewed note before and during the pilot. Track missing fields, unsupported statements and corrections. A faster note is only useful if the next technician can trust it.
We have not published measured time savings, callback reductions or customer results for DiagnosAir. Pilot feedback will help establish what the product can reliably do.
Help shape the first release
The initial pilot is planned around New Jersey residential and light-commercial service teams. Join the waitlist and choose your role so we can understand who wants access. Pricing and wider availability have not been announced.
